Have you ever been in a situation where the person you are talking couldn't communicate well in English and you wished there was someone who can interpret for you in real time? If you are ever expecting a situation like this, simply book our interpretation service and have Trazy interpret for you over the phone!

[How to apply for this service]
1. Select the date that you need the service on
2. Choose how many minutes your will require (min 10 minutes, max 30 minutes available)
3. On the booking page, write down the exact time that you will start the service, the main topic of the expected conversation and phone number which you will use to call us
4. Complete the payment
5. Once the payment is complete, Trazy will send you a final confirmation email with Trazy's office number

keep in mind

1. mVoIP (Voice Talk via messenger apps, Skype) isn't available as Trazy uses office telephone.
2. Please make sure to check you are eligible to make a phone call before you call us.
3. Trazy staff will standby for your call 5 minutes before the requested start time. If you don't call within 10 minutes from the requested time, it will be regarded as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
4. Please check the available service hours above before you make a booking.
5. Even if phone call finishes earlier than the reserved minutes, no partial refund will be issued
6. Connection will automatically end once the reserved minutes are used.
7. It would be helpful for us to help you if you let us know your situation in advance.

Cancellation
policy

Non-refundable if the service has started. Partial refund will not be issued even if the phone call ends before the minutes that you have paid for.

If you wish to cancel the service, you must contact Trazy no later than 10 minutes past your reserved phone call time.
(Example: If the reserved call time is 2:00pm, you must call before 2:10pm to receive a full cancellation refund. )
