Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day.

  3. For the cosmetics consulting, please bring your personal makeup pouch.
  4. Any accompanying individuals who have not made a reservation for consulting must wait in the lobby.
  5. Please be punctual. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show. In case of unavoidable delays over 10 minutes, please contact the store in advance.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
