Once you make a booking, a mobile voucher will be sent to your email. Please present the mobile voucher at the ticket counter to exchange it for a physical ticket before entry.

  1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time. The venue is located inside a shopping complex building. A 60-second guidance video will be sent after booking — watching it in advance is highly recommended for easier access.
  2. Comfortable clothing is recommended, especially for people choosing floor seating.
  3. Wheelchair access may be difficult due to the building and theater structure.
  4. Photography is freely permitted in the White Room before and after the performance. Inside the Black Room, photos are only allowed during the curtain call — please refrain from photography at all other times to preserve the natural acoustic environment.
