Once you complete your booking, a separate confirmation email will be sent to you. Please present the email to the staff on the day of the tour.

  1. Please arrive at least 25 minutes before your reserved time. Boarding will not be permitted if you arrive less than 5 minutes before departure.
  2. Life jackets are mandatory and provided on the yacht.
  3. If you plan to bring wheelchairs or strollers, please contact us in advance via experience@trazy.com. They can board with the assistance from a safety guard, but must be stored at the boarding area.
  4. Please be punctual as the yacht cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued for missing the yacht.
  5. A separate reservation confirmation email will be sent from the operator once your booking is confirmed. Please review the precautions and items to bring included in the email.
  6. Luggage can be stored at the check-in counter, but storage is not available for the 9:30pm and 10:30pm departures. If you have booked these timeslots, please bring your luggage onboard.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 70% refund
After 5:00pm, 2 days before the reserved date: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 4 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*In case of cancellation due to bad weather (such as rough seas, typhoons, or heavy rain) or issues on the operator's side, prior notice will be given and a full refund will be provided.
