p/s: hopefully, in future, trazy team will provide tracking number for this service so that there is no need to email them just for the tracking number.

Data, voice, and text from your smartphone are essential when you are in Korea. Simply choose what type of SIM card you would like and have it delivered to an address in Korea. Conveniently activate the SIM card at the convenience of your home and stay connected 24/7.
[How to Purchase / Activate the SIM Card]
1. Choose and purchase your preferred SIM card. (On the date selection, please select which day you would like to receive your SIM card)
2. On the booking page, please write down the address to where you would like to receive your SIM card.
3. When you receive the SIM card, simply follow the instructions on the manual that is sent with SIM card and activate your SIM card. SIM card activation is only available during Mon~Fri (except holidays) from 9:00am~6:00pm. If you receive your parcel after 6:00pm on Friday or do not activate your SIM card before 6:00pm on Friday, you must activate your SIM card on the following Monday.
[About the postal parcel shipment]
- Not available for Jeju Island.
- You can only receive the SIM card by postal parcel only during Tue~Fri (except holidays).
- You MUST write down a local phone number. If you do not have a local phone number, please use a number of a person who can help you receive the parcel.

Checklist for booking

2. If you have used a SIM card in Korea before, please give us the IMEI information of your phone in the required information field. You can find the IMEI information of your phone by pressing *#06# on the dial screen from your phone.
3. Please make sure to unlock your smartphone through your cellphone carrier before coming to Korea, especially if you are from the United States, Canada or Japan. If your smartphone is locked, you CANNOT use this SIM card.
4. If you are Korean, you have to be over 18 years old to buy the SIM card. Please also note that Korean nationals cannot activate the SIM card with a passport. You need to present your Korean reisdent ID card or driving license to activate the SIM card.
