Airport Pick-up
1. Complete your booking with your flight information.
2. The driver will track your flight and greet you at your arrival gate holding a sign with your name.
(The driver will wait until he finds you)
3. The driver will then take you safely to your destination.
Hotel Pick-up
1. Complete your booking with your hotel information.
2. The driver will wait at the lobby or 1st floor of your hotel.
3. The driver will then take you safely to the airport.

Please
keep in mind

1. Please fill out everything in the "Required Information" field on the booking page.
2. If you need to book for transfer between 11:00pm~5:00am contact us at inquiry@trazy.com. An additional charge of $10 USD (Sedan, Van) / $15 USD (Big Van) / $30 USD (Big bus) will apply between 11:00pm~5:00am. (For example, in such case extra charge will apply. Your plane arrives at the airport later than 10:00pm, then your estimated pick up time will be later than 11:00pm.)
3. If you depart from Seoul to the airport on Saturday, Sunday, holiday or snowy day, please depart at least 7~8 hours before the flight schedule.
4. If the luggage that hasn't been informed in advance do not fit in the van for any reason (excess number/size of bags), it is your responsibility to hire another van and pay the full charge on the day.
5. Please meet your driver first before you pick up a sim card, a wifi device or anything else at the airport.
6. If you don't come out to the meeting location for over 1.5 hours from the meeting time without prior notice, it will be regarded as a no-show. In this case, no refund/no change can be made and making a full payment is needed to arrange another driver.
7. For big bus option, meet & greet service is not available. Please go to the information center and contact the driver.
8. No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers, unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.
9. If you have one arrival at Terminal 1 and one arrival at Terminal 2, please have one arrival come to the other terminal. Free transportation between terminals is available at the airport. The driver will not pick up at both Terminal 1 & 2 on a single booking.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1 day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

FAQ

How can I find the driver?
The driver will stand in front of your arrival gate, holding a paper with your name on it.
What if my flight get delayed and arrival/departure time is changed?
As you will be required to provide your flight number upon booking, the driver will track the arrival time and be ready by the approximate time of arrival. However, if your flight number or the date is changed, please email us at experience@trazy.com and let us know.
Can I pick up my SIM card or wifi device first and then meet the driver?
No, please meet your driver first and then pick up your SIM card or wifi device with the driver. If you do not meet the driver first/do not come out to the meeting location for over 1.5 hours from the meeting time without prior notice, it will be regarded as a no-show. In this case, any refunds or changes cannot be made. You need to make a full payment to arrange another driver.
