Children under 10 years old cannot join the activity. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
You can book up to four tickets per reservation and every participant is required to bring their passport.
For standing zone tickets, no seats will be provided.
Seats will be assigned randomly within the designated zone. Please follow the instructions of the security staff from SBS Broadcasting System
If the show itself is canceled due to internal issues with the broadcasting system or unforeseen circumstances, your booking will be canceled with a full refund.
The Seoul tour may be canceled due to internal scheduling changes at SBS Broadcasting System. As the tour is a complimentary benefit for program participants, no partial refunds will be issued if the tour is changed or canceled.

The itinerary is subject to change depending on local/traffic/weather/SBS live broadcast conditions. Broadcast schedule changes may result in tour cancellation or earlier admission times.
The line-up will not be announced until the day of the show. For the line-up information, please refer to the SBS official website.
Please note that this is not a guided tour of the studio or SBS Prism Tower.
Some performances may be pre-recorded due to circumstances of the artist or broadcasting station. In such cases, the artist will not perform live.

How to book

Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day of the tour to join.

Please keep in mind

Every participant is required to bring their passport.
Taking photos or videos is STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the show. The security staff will ask you to leave the studio immediately if they find you taking photos.
You will be asked to put your phone and any filming devices into your bag 5 minutes before the show starts. Taking your phone or filming device out from your bag during the show is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
There will be NO EXIT/RE-ENTER during the show. Please use the restroom before you enter the studio.
No food or drinks are allowed in the studio.
Large suitcases and oversized bags are not allowed inside the studio. Please do not bring them with you.
Children under 10 years old cannot join the activity. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
If the show itself is canceled due to internal issues with the broadcasting system or unforeseen circumstances, your booking will be canceled with a full refund.
Some performances may be pre-recorded due to circumstances of the artist or broadcasting station. In such cases, the artist will not perform live.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)

10 days before the reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST): 100% refund
9 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 10 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

FAQ

Can I take photos or videos during SBS The Show?

No. Taking photos or videos is strictly prohibited. You will be asked to put your phone and any filming devices into your bag before the show begins. Anyone caught recording will be asked to leave, and the footage may be deleted.

Will I be allowed to exit and re-enter the studio during the show?

No. There is no exit or re-entry once the show begins. Please use the restroom beforehand.

Are food and drinks allowed in the studio?

No. Food and beverages are not permitted inside the SBS Prism Tower studio.

Can children attend SBS The Show?

Children under 10 years old are not allowed to attend. Those aged 10–14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are seats assigned in advance?

Seats are randomly assigned within the designated zone. Please follow all instructions from the SBS Broadcasting System staff.

What happens if the show is canceled?

If SBS The Show is canceled due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances, your booking will be canceled with a full refund.

What if the Seoul Tour is canceled?

The Seoul tour is a free benefit included with the K-pop show experience. If the tour is canceled due to SBS internal scheduling changes, no partial refunds will be provided.

Will the performances be live?

Most performances are live, but some may be pre-recorded depending on the artists' or broadcaster's schedule. In these cases, the artist may not appear live during the broadcast.
