Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Before Oct 13th, 2026: 100% refund
From Oct 14th 2026: non-refundable

You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

How can I receive my concert ticket?

Tickets will be distributed by staff at the concert venue. If you miss the shuttle bus, please go directly to the venue and meet the staff to receive your ticket.

What happens if I do not use the shuttle bus service?

No partial refund will be provided if you choose not to take the shuttle bus or miss the tour.

What ticket options are available?

There are two ticket types:
- 1-Day Ticket: Entry for either November 7 or November 8 (choose one day).
- 2-Day Ticket: Entry for both November 7 and 8. No partial refund is available if you skip one day.
