[How to use the service]
Drop-off process

1. After booking, the local operator will contact you via email within 1-2 days.
2. If you book on the same day or just 1 day in advance, you will not receive an email. In this case, you can contact the staff directly on the day using the details on your voucher.
3. On your reserved date, meet the staff at the designated meeting point.
4. Hand over your luggage and receive a luggage tag.
5. Your luggage will be stored in a separate warehouse located 5 to 10 minutes from the airport. (For short-term storage of just a few hours, it will be kept at the airport.)

Pick-up process

1. The staff will bring your luggage to the airport 1 hour before the designated pick-up time.
2. At the meeting point, show your luggage tag to the staff and pick up your luggage.

• If you have more than three bags of the same type, please make a separate booking for the remaining bags.
• To pick up your luggage from a different terminal, you must store your luggage for a minimum of 2 nights.

*About the bicycle storage

• Please pack your bike in a bike travel bag or box to prevent damage.
• Note that bicycles of high value cannot be stored. If you are sensitive to potential scratches, we do not recommend using this service.
