If you depart from the ski resort to the airport on Saturday, Sunday, holiday or snowy day, please depart at least 7~8 hours before the flight schedule.
If you are bringing your own ski equipment, please contact us to check the availability at inquiry@trazy.com.
No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers, unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1 day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

Yes, additional fees apply for late evening transfers:
- Van: $20 USD for arrivals between 9:00pm and 5:00am or pickups between 10:00pm and 6:00am
- Big van: $30 USD for arrivals between 8:00pm and 5:00am or pickups between 10:00pm and 6:00am

What are the vehicle options and their passenger capacities?

- Van (1-4 passengers): accommodates up to 4 passengers and 10 bags
- Van (up to 7 passengers): accommodates up to 7 passengers and 7 bags
- Big van (up to 12 passengers): accommodates up to 12 passengers and 12 bags

How long does it take to travel between Seoul and Welli Hilli Park Ski Resort?
