[About Hotel Deliveries]
- The hotel must have resident staff and a luggage desk.
- The hotel must not be an Airbnb or unmanned locker hotel.
[Compensation Policy & Exclusions]
- The operator takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safe handling and delivery of luggage. In the event of loss or external damage to luggage, compensation is limited to a maximum of 300,000 won per item.
- Please note that handles, wheels, and other protruding parts are not covered by this compensation policy. The operator is also not liable for age-related deterioration, normal wear and tear, or minor scratches, dents, scuffs, and stains that may occur during standard handling and transportation.
- Compensation does not cover the contents of luggage. You are strongly advised not to place fragile items, valuables, cash, electronics, or other high-value belongings inside their luggage.
