- Further details on how to use the Seoul City Tour Bus ticket will be sent to you in a separate email 2 days before the concert.

2. Please make sure to bring your passport or alien registration card for verification.
3. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be reissued.
4. There may be a security screening before the entry. The staff will check your personal belongings.
5. All types of cameras and selfie sticks are prohibited inside the venue. Only cellphone cameras are allowed.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Until Sept 20, 2023: 100% refund
From Sept 21, 2023: non-refundable

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the original booker’s name cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is only available upon the original bookers’ request. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
