2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

FAQ

The tour can still proceed in light rain. However, if it is canceled due to harsh weather conditions, we will inform you in advance and issue a full refund.
The drone show takes place every Saturday, at 8:00pm and 10:00pm (Mar~Sept) or 7:00pm and 9:00pm (Oct~Feb). However, the show is subject to cancellation by the event organizers or due to weather conditions. Refunds or cancellations will not be available due to this case.
