If you depart from the ski resort to the airport on Saturday, Sunday, holiday or snowy day, please depart at least 7~8 hours before the flight schedule. The vehicle will arrive at the designated pickup time. Please note that you are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time, and the operator will not be held liable if the flight is missed due to traffic congestion or unforeseen road conditions.
If you are bringing your own ski equipment, please contact us to check the availability at inquiry@trazy.com.
No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers, unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

How early should I depart from the ski resort to the airport?

If your departure falls on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or a snowy day, please allow plenty of buffer time and depart from the ski resort at least 7 to 8 hours before your scheduled flight. This helps account for traffic congestion and weather related delays.

Can I bring my own ski or snowboard equipment?

Yes. If you are bringing your own ski or snowboard equipment, please contact us in advance to confirm availability by emailing inquiry@trazy.com.

Will I receive a refund if I do not use the service due to a duplicate booking?

No refund will be issued if the service is not used on the day due to a duplicate booking with another transfer provider. Refunds are only possible if you cancel in advance in accordance with the stated cancellation policy.

Are toll fees and airport parking fees included in the price?

Yes. All toll fees and airport parking fees are already included in the transfer price with no additional charges.

Is there an additional fee for late night or early morning transfers?

Yes, additional fees apply for late night or early morning transfers:
