Skiing carries potential injury risks. Travelers are advised to bring their own cold-weather and waterproof ski gloves, helmets, knee pads, and hip protectors. Items can be purchased or rented on-site if needed.

  1. Please make sure you arrive at the meeting location at least 10 minutes before departure, as the bus will depart exactly at the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be refunded.

  4. Personal belongings are the traveler's own responsibility, as the tour operator is not liable for any losses during the trip.
  5. Please note that those who booked the shuttle bus only option will also stop at the rental shop to allow other passengers to rent or return their equipment.

Yes, this tour is perfect for beginners as there are packages that include a 1-hour basic group ski or snowboard lesson to teach you the fundamentals before you hit the slopes.
No, meals are not included. However, you will have free time at the resort to purchase food at one of the many restaurants or cafes.
Personal items like gloves, goggles, and helmets are not included in the standard rental and can be purchased or rented separately at the resort for an additional fee.
The Snow Sled package includes round-trip transportation, an English/Chinese-speaking guide, Snow Village admission with sled rental, and either Daegwallyeong Sheep Ranch admission (Dec 1–Jan 3) or a Bongpyeong strawberry picking experience (Jan 4–Feb).
