[How to buy/activate the SIM card]

On the booking page, please write down the address to where you would like to receive your SIM card.
After you receive the SIM card, please register your SIM card and arrival date on the separate activation link included in the confirmation email. Your sim card will be activated based on the arrival date you register on the activation link.

Does this SIM come with a Korean local 010 phone number?

Yes, a Korean phone number starting with 010 will be issued for all SIM card options.

Can I extend the SIM card for a long period?

Yes, this SIM card can be extended. You will receive a handout on how to extend your SIM card upon pickup.

Would this SIM stop working if I depart Korea?

No, this SIM card will not be terminated even if you travel outside of Korea, as long as it is a short-term stay (less than 90 days). As long as you return to Korea before the SIM expires, your service will continue uninterrupted.

Can Korean nationals use this SIM card?

Yes. Customers with Korean passports can also buy and use this SIM card. In case an additional information is required, you will be contacted by the sim card company via email.

Can I use this SIM card for ID verification?

ID verification service via SMS for Korean websites and apps is only available for ARC holders. To update your SIM card with ARC, please contact the customer service as advised in the confirmation email.

I have activated my SIM card, but my travel date has changed. What should I do?

If your arrival date in Korea has changed, please notify the customer service immediately.

What if the SIM doesn't work on my phone?

The universal type SIM card is compatible with phones using standard, micro, and nano SIM cards. Check with your phone carrier to make sure the SIM card is compatible with your device.
