[Age limit]

Ground standing ticket: You must be at least 15 years old (born on or before Aug 21, 2010) to enter. Those under 15 will not be allowed to enter, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
2F seating ticket: Children aged 12 and older (born on or before Aug 21, 2013) may enter alone. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Each person must have a ticket, and the same price applies to all ages.

The ticket pick-up will be available at the event venue on the event day. The details of the ticket pick-up location and the exact opening hours will be sent to you in a separate email 2 days before the event.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Until July 19, 2025: 100% refund.
From July 20, 2025: non-refundable.

You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
