The numerous winding alleys are adorned with murals and art installations created by the residents and local artists.

▲ Haedong Yonggungsa Temple
Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is a mesmerizing Buddhist temple that sits on the top of cliffs overlooking the ocean. Unlike most temples in Korea, which are situated in the mountains, Haedong Yonggungsa is uniquely set along the northeastern coast, providing stunning ocean views.

Gongsu Fishing Village in Gijang, Busan

This small seaside village is home to locals who mainly farm seaweed and kelp or work in fishing. Known for its scenic coastal views, Gongsu offers various hands-on marine experiences such as making Gijang seaweed pickles or trying net fishing.
