Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day.

Please keep in mind

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Each session is carefully scheduled for all participants. If you arrive late, the class will be shortened by the amount of time you are late, and missed time will not be made up.
If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
Small-group class: The class will be 90 minutes long regardless of the number of participants. However, please be aware that with a larger group, the makeup artist may have less time to spend with each individual.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
