Please keep in mind

  1. You MUST arrive at the location at least 15 minutes before the lesson time. The staff will NOT wait for those who are late. It is your responsibility to be on time and it will not be refundable if you miss the lesson.
  2. The experience will vary depending on wave conditions. If there are waves on the day, a surfing lesson will be held; If not, a SUP lesson will be provided instead.
  3. If there is strong wind, the activity may not be possible due to safety reasons. This will be decided by the staff on the day depending on the weather conditions. In this case, you will get a full refund.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
4 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
3 days before the reserved date: 70% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

Yes. Children under 10 years old are not allowed to participate in this activity.
