- By purchasing a ticket, you are considered to have read and agreed to all the details on the performance and reservation pages. Please check the performance guidelines in advance to avoid any issues.

- Daehak-ro or Hyehwa Station, are often crowded due to traffic and protests. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance starts. Delays caused by traffic or parking will not be grounds for refunds, changes, or cancellations.
[Ticket pick-up & entry guidelines]
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance time.
- Please bring your ID (tangible or digital ID card) and reservation details. If you fail to bring your ID and reservation details, you cannot pick up your ticket or attend the performance.
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be allowed on the day of the show due to age or gender restrictions.
- Late entry is only allowed at specific times. If the situation doesn't allow, you may not be admitted at all.
- If admitted late, you'll be guided to a separate seat to avoid disturbing others. Thank you for your understanding.
[Audience restrictions] - Only women aged 19 and over (born in 2006 or earlier) may attend. No exceptions for those underage or male, even if accompanied or holding a ticket.
