Join a hands-on culinary class at the Migyeong Traditional Korean Cuisine Culture Research Institute at the famous Gyochon Traditional Village in Gyeongju. Mrs. Won Migyeong, the CEO of the institute, is renowned for her career as a Korean traditional food expert. She will guide you through making two essential Korean sauces — gochujang (red chili paste) and doenjang (fermented soybean paste).
