Please keep in mind

1. According to Korean Excursion Ship and Ferry Business Act, you must present your passport or a copy of your passport before participating.
2. If there is strong wind, the activity may not be possible due to safety reasons. This will be decided by the staff on the day depending on the weather conditions.
3. You MUST arrive at the location at least 10 minutes before the departure time to redeem the ticket. The ferry will leave as soon as the preparation is over. The ferry will NOT wait for those who are late. It is your responsibility to be on time and the ticket will not be refundable if you miss the activity.
4. Please bring your own water or drinks to have on the boat.
5. Taking medicine for sea sickness is recommended.
6. In case the resort vacancy is full due to a limited number of passengers, alternative ferry can be assigned in the same location: Jeju Love Ferry (278 people max.) or Jeju Marine No.3 (72 people max.)
