we are grateful for that day because our winter wonderland dream turned into reality. we played on the ice while snowing gently allowing us to see snow flakes. a dream come true for us who came from a tropical country and experience this wonderful opportunity. just for the improvement, I would like to suggest that your tour guide should give clear instructions on what to do before and after the visit of each place, as well as the allotted time. it's a very memorable Christmas for our family.

A total blast! Worth every penny! The guides were great, kind and helpful. They got us in and out, gave advice on expected costs and even helped us find a neat place for lunch. Highly recommend this tour!

Was an amazing day! Suwon was our tour guide and was also the ski instructor for some of us as well. We picked the snow sled option on the other side of the ski lifts. Sledding was good fun,not much of a line in the mornings. Suwon also recommended us a good dakgalbi shop off nami Island. He gave some tips and hints and must do recommendations for each location to do during our free time. Highly recommend this day trip out of seoul

Bus driver was very rough at driving made my entire group and myself car sick! Overall tour guides were friendly, funny and very kind! Thank you for this enjoyable memorable experience! (:

We had an incredible tour with Sunho Kwon— he went above and beyond, especially since our family had some scheduling things that needed to be sorted with Sunho went out of his way to make sure we could get to where we needed to safe and sound, even helping out AFTER the tour was finished as well. He acted super calmly under pressure (the tour bus was full of people with different needs!) and was able to make us laugh through it all as well. we would absolutely do another tour with Sunho, his English is perfect and we just felt really taken care of. Our snowboard instructor Kevin at Elysian was also really great and even in just 2 hours as beginners, we were confident (and excited) enough to go back to Elysian on our own the next day to hit the slopes and ski lift. They are the best!

Sunho was soo great! The whole day was jam packed with fun activities and he was also ensuring that we were updated throughout the day and didn’t get lost (or lose the bus 😂). My sister and I did the snowboarding lesson and Kevin was awesome as well, spent extra time with us and made sure we had a fun time! The bus driver was lovely too! All in all, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend, as we were looked after and had no issues communicating in English with our guides. A very memorable day indeed 😍 11/10 for Sunho and his Team!! Also, thank you for the lunch recommendation which was sooo delicious!

This was a wonderful experience.. SKI lesson was great and our instructor - Rei was very patient. Rei has such a warm personality and a very friendly guide. The scenery at Nami island & Garden of the morning calm was beautiful and was a great way to end the tour. Thanks again to Rei. You are an excellent tour guide! Keep up the good work!!

The mini bus or coaster that they have provided was clean & comfortable with a courteous and good driver. Credits also to our ski teacher and tour guide, Mr. Rei. At first i was doubt to choose this tour package when visiting seoul because this is my first time in Korea, until i chose this package, i was very grateful and happy, because we're so lucky we saw snow rain when visiting Nami Island, so beautiful and perfect time to do romantic things with my wife, also we met Jerry, our guide, he is so kind, informative, and very supporting, he also good on snowboarding, i got private trainer with him, so fantastic, i got a lot of lesson from him. Everything and every destination is easy, we got clear information from Jerry and tickets always ready, so we can enter every destination with no worry, and Jerry always told us good tips to do in Nami - Elysian - and Garden of Morning Calm, i will recommend this package for people who want quickie trip to Seoul without pain haha. 5 stars for you Trazy!
