This was such a fun event. The instructors were very helpful and were beside us the entire time, helping and coaching. Be prepared to fall asleep few times if you are new to it. But you won't be the only one. Great time

This was definitely a great experience! Everything was so convenient and the price is reasonable. Transportation was fast and the bus comfortable. Definitely our tour guides went beyond our expectations helping us in every step of the process. Thanks Chris and Lee for your help and charisma. Eden Valley was a great memory that I will hold close to my heart always ♡

Without doubt this is one of the best tour package me and my girlfriend have ever booked! Upon arrival we were warmly welcome by Art with a very friendly atmosphere. He was very professional in guiding us to the Eden Valley from the pick up point. We also want to give a big thankful to Chloe for guiding us on the basic of skiing! It was our first time play ski but she was very patience with us and we picked up the basic pretty fast because of her professionalism. Overall we are very pleased with the trip! Thank you very to Art and Chloe once again for this enjoyable and fun memorable trip for us!

Experience was pleasant. Pick up point was easy to find. Slight delay in departing but overall it was fine. The ski wear and gear are well used but functional. The guides were patient and helpful, and did their best to conduct a decent ski lesson. Ski slope was quite criwded, with skiiers and snow boarders.

- While not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase accident / travel insurance before joining this activity.
- Please take responsibility for your personal belongings as we will not be liable for any losses during the trip.
- Due to the safety and equipment size issue, the ski option is only available for children over 7 years old.
- We recommend inquiring about the availability of child equipment sizes before making a reservation.
- It is hard for children to practice with other people in the skiing area. Special attention to safety is required.

Can I enter the ski area with the Snow Sled or Shuttle Bus Only Package?
No, entry to the ski area at Eden Valley Ski Resort is not allowed with the Snow Sled or Shuttle Bus Only Package. For safety reasons, ski gear is required to enter the ski area.
Are all slopes open at Eden Valley Ski Resort?
Slope availability depends on weather conditions. Please note that only the beginner slope will be open this season.
Is travel insurance required for this ski tour from Busan?
Travel insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended for skiing and snowboarding at Eden Valley Ski Resort.
What is the age limit for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding?
The ski and snowboard options are only available for children over 7 years old. Children under 3 years old cannot sled, and those under 5 years old must sled in tandem with an adult.
What equipment is included in the ski/snowboard package?
The ski package includes skis, ski poles, and ski boots. The snowboard package includes a snowboard and snowboard boots. Goggles and helmets are available for rental on site, while gloves, socks, and neck warmers can be purchased.
What are the additional rental or purchase costs at Eden Valley Ski Resort?
Goggles and helmets are available for rental at 10,000 won each, and gloves are available for purchase at 18,000 won. A 5-hour lift pass is available for 60,000 won (cash only).
Can I book a ski or snowboard lesson?
Yes, you can add a 1-hour basic group ski or snowboard lesson to your package. The lesson covers equipment introduction, basic posture, how to get up after falling, changing direction, and stopping. The lesson price is per person, so please book according to the number of participants.
