  • If you have any bulky items such as strollers, golf bags, or wheelchairs, please make sure to inform us in advance at experience@trazy.com.
  • The vehicle is a standard 4-seater and can accommodate up to one 28-inch suitcase or two 24-inch suitcases. Please check your luggage size and quantity in advance.
  • The maximum capacity of the vehicle is 4 people. If your group exceeds 4 people, please book a separate vehicle (e.g., 2 vehicles are required for groups of 6 people).
  • Parking fees are not included in the tour price. Please pay the parking fees on-site as they occur.

  7. Tours will proceed as scheduled despite rain or snow. Operations will only be suspended in the event of extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons or tsunami warnings.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
