I had the chance to join a cooking class in Busan, and it was truly amazing!
We learned how to make two Korean dishes: a chive pancake (Buchujeon - 부추전) and a fish cake soup (Eomukguk). The recipes were both delicious and easy to follow — perfect even for beginners.
The instructor was absolutely wonderful: passionate, patient, and kind! She created such a warm and friendly atmosphere. We ate well, had a great time, and I even picked up a few tips I’ll be able to use at home.
I 100% recommend this class to anyone visiting Busan who’s looking for an authentic, tasty, and fun experience.
