[Euljiro Area]Once a symbol of modernization, time now seems to be frozen in the 70s and 80s. During its golden age, it was a hive of industries and factories. Even today, when you walk through the narrow alleyways, you can see some of the heavy machines operating. The area has endless stories of industrialization, making this area a perfect place to learn a little bit about modern Korean history. [Sewoon Plaza]Sewoon Plaza was the first commercial and residential complex in Korea and the mecca of manufacturing of electronics, machinery, and metals. Until this day, Sewoon Plaza is an iconic spot for workers looking for parts. Recently renovated, visit the upper floors and see both the modern and traditional parts of Seoul all mixed harmoniously. [Kwangsoo Cha]Kwangsoo Cha is a famous inventor who started making his own electronics from age 10. He searched all over Sewoon Plaza looking for parts and tools, making him an expert of Sewoon Plaza. He witnessed the whole development process of Seoul and Sewoon Plaza and by listening to his fascinating stories, you will have a chance to better understand modern history of Korea.
