For standing zone tickets, no seats will be provided.
The ticket pick-up is only available on the event day. The exact details on the ticket booth location and opening hours will be sent to you in a separate email 2 days before the event.

The stage does not have a designated front or back. Depending on your section, the artists' movements and performances may only be visible from certain angles.
Please note that views from some sections may be partially obstructed due to stage setup, artist positioning, railings, structures, equipment, or cameras.

[Concert notice]

When collecting your ticket, you must present your voucher (printed or mobile) and a valid ID for identity verification. Failure to do so will prevent ticket collection, and no cancellation or refund will be provided for uncollected tickets.
Entry numbers will be assigned randomly and can only be confirmed on the day of the performance. Cancellations or refunds due to dissatisfaction with the assigned entry number are not permitted.
Entry will not be permitted if you fail to bring a valid ID or cannot complete the identity verification process. Refunds or cancellations will not be provided in such cases.
(Companion's ID will also be checked.)
Each attendee must hold one valid ticket to enter the venue. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or theft.
Re-entry is not permitted after exiting the venue.
Entry may be restricted after the performance begins. Please follow staff instructions for smooth entry.
Large bags and suitcases are not permitted inside the venue. Only small bags for personal belongings are allowed.
Food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. Hazardous items such as bottles, fireworks, laser devices, pets, bouquets, and balloons are also prohibited.
Any activity that infringes on copyright is strictly prohibited, including photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming.
Bringing photography or recording equipment (except mobile phones), chairs (including portable chairs), step stools, or ladders into the venue is strictly prohibited. If caught, all recorded materials will be deleted immediately, and you will be required to leave the venue.
(Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded in the event of removal from the venue.)
Please note that this performance is being recorded and broadcast. Your likeness may be captured and appear in the broadcast footage. The organizer reserves the right to use any footage recorded at the venue, and purchasers of this product are deemed to have consented to such use.
Your image may also be used for promotional and marketing purposes beyond the broadcast, including video, print, outdoor digital advertising, and various web and mobile channels.
Visibility may be obstructed in certain sections due to venue facilities (such as railings and pillars), stage installations, or camera equipment. Cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to obstructed views will not be provided.
The performance schedule, artist lineup, and stage design are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond the organizer's or performers' control. Refunds will not be provided for such changes.
For a safe and pleasant viewing experience, bag inspections may be conducted before entry. If prohibited or hazardous items are found, they may be confiscated, and entry may be denied.

The tickets are strictly for foreigners only. Koreans are not allowed to purchase the tickets.
This event is open to individuals aged 15 and older. Those under the age of 15 will not be permitted to enter the venue, even if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
You are required to write down the full names of participants upon booking. Please make the booking with the name of the actual participant (as shown on your passport). To prevent ticket resale and transfer, the information you provide must exactly match your passport information.

[On the Event Day]

Every participant is required to bring their passport. No refunds will be issued for failure to bring the passport or for information mismatches on the event day.
The tickets will be distributed on a first-purchase, first-served basis within the tickets that Trazy sells. You do not need to arrive early at the event venue and wait in line.
Even if you miss the pre-event tour, you can still take the return shuttle bus after the event. To use the return bus to Seoul, please select "Yes" in the return bus option on the booking page.
No partial refund will be issued even if you do not use part of the package.

Cancellation policy

No refundable under any circumstances.

You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
No changes to the number of tickets (including partial cancellations) are allowed under any circumstances.

Who can attend the SBS Gayo Daejeon event?

This event is open only to foreigners aged 15 and older. No one under 15 will be admitted, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Korean nationals are not allowed to purchase tickets or enter the event.

What identification do I need to bring to the event?
