The tickets are strictly for foreigners only. Koreans are not allowed to purchase the tickets.
This event is open to individuals aged 15 and older. Those under the age of 15 will not be permitted to enter the venue, even if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
You are required to write down the full names of participants upon booking. Please make the booking with the name of the actual participant (as shown on your passport). To prevent ticket resale and transfer, the information you provide must exactly match your passport information.

[On the Event Day]

Every participant is required to bring their passport. No refunds will be issued for failure to bring the passport or for information mismatches on the event day.
The tickets will be distributed on a first-purchase, first-served basis within the tickets that Trazy sells. You do not need to arrive early at the event venue and wait in line.
No partial refund will be issued even if you do not use part of the package

Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show your ID with the confirmation email and pick up your ticket at the ticket booth.

Please bring your passport or alien registration card for verification at the venue.
You cannot reenter once you exit the venue during the awards.

Cancellation policy

No refundable under any circumstances.

You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

Who can attend the SBS Gayo Daejeon event?

This event is open only to foreigners aged 15 and older. No one under 15 will be admitted, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Korean nationals are not allowed to purchase tickets or enter the event.

What identification do I need to bring to the event?

All attendees must bring a valid passport or alien registration card for identity verification at the venue. The name on your ticket must exactly match your passport information.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket?

No. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-resalable. The reservation must be made under the actual participant’s name, and name changes are not allowed.

Can I reenter the venue if I leave during the event?

No. Once you exit the venue during the awards show, reentry is not permitted.

Can I cancel or change my ticket booking?

Partial cancellation or changes to the number of tickets are only possible if requested by the original purchaser. All changes are subject to the event’s cancellation policy.
