My driver 장지연 was wonderful. Due to one of my flights being delayed, I had to get on a later flight to Jeju. I was worried that he wouldn’t be waiting for me anymore, since I wasn’t able to message him beforehand and I was 40min late. To my relief, Mr.Jang was still waiting for me at the gate. He loaded my heavy bags into the van and we were off to my Airbnb. The ride was smooth and he even helped me get my bags inside. Would definitely recommend!

Where is the pick-up location?
You can be picked up at the Jeju Airport arrivals gate, where the driver will hold a sign with your name. For transfers to the airport, you can request to be picked up from a location in Jeju City Central Area, Aewol/Hamdeok/Jungmun, or Seongsan/Seogwipo.
Do you track flight delays?
Yes, your flight will be monitored and the pick-up time will be adjusted accordingly. The driver will wait if your flight is delayed.
