Until Jan 19, 2025: 100% refund
From Jan 20, 2025: non-refundable
1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the original booker’s name cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is only available upon the original bookers’ request. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
Until Jan 19, 2025: 100% refund
From Jan 20, 2025: non-refundable
