How to book
- 1. Complete your booking.
- 2. Check your email.
- 3. Enjoy it.
- Select your language at the foreign guest ticket exchange kiosk and scan your QR code.
- Once you scan the QR code, a ticket receipt valid for everyone in your group will be printed.
- Present the printed ticket receipt to the staff and receive your locker number.
- Store your belongings in the locker and shoe locker and pull out the key.

- You will receive one QR code for each reservation. If you buy multiple tickets at once, you will receive one QR code that works for everyone in your group, and everyone must enter the venue together.
- Children over 5 years old or over 100cm in height cannot enter the opposite gender's bathroom.
- Children younger than 13 years old must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
- Children younger than 13 years old must wear a life jacket in the pool.
- Swimming gear are not available for rent. Please bring your own or purchase them at the store in the park.
- Swimwear and swim caps (or baseball caps) are required to enter the pool. (Sun visors or towels are not allowed.)
- Water guns, rubber pool floats, boats (over 1m, with closed bottom), fins, snorkels, and picnic mats are not allowed.
- Please refrain from entering the water within 30 minutes of eating.
- Individuals with eye diseases, skin conditions, contagious diseases, heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes, as well as those who are pregnant or elderly, are not allowed to use the facility.
- Outside food or drinks are not allowed.
- Please enjoy food and drinks only in the food court. Consuming food or beverages is not allowed in the water park area.
- The park is not responsible for any accidents resulting from failure to comply with the guidelines.
- For the SeaLaLa Water Park & Spa 1 Day Pass, entry is allowed only from 10:00am, when the Water Park opens. To access the spa before 10:00am, you need to purchase a separate spa-only pass.
- Admission may be temporarily restricted in cases of overcrowding or safety concerns, especially during the summer season and on weekends.
