Incheon/ Gimpo Airport ↔ Seoul Sedan/Van Private Transfer (+Car Seat option)

The queue to clear immigration was so long until we missed the cut off time for the airport transfer to hotel and had to pay extra 20,000 KRW in cash to the driver for extending the waiting time. After we cleared airport immigration & collected luggage, we also had to wait for the driver at pick up point opposite arrival hall as he was also caught in heavy traffic to reach us. Driver can communicate in English and Chinese using WhatsApp. Will be better if the standard waiting time can be longer in case of delay in clearing immigration.

Excellent communication and efficient safe driving. Meeting and pick up was easy plus the driver helped me with all suitcases. The car is spacious and clean. Drop off was right to my door, to the basement level of the apartment to ensure minimal walking with my suitcases which the driver was patient and accommodating for.

I was picked up at my hotel in Incheon and taken to my accommodation in Seoul. The Driver who picked me up was kind, professional and on time. He assisted me with my luggage both when entering and exiting the vehicle. The vehicle was very nice and clean and the drive was very comfortable. I will be using this service when I go back to the airport.

My driver 김 was amazing! My flight to ICN was delayed by over an hour and when I got to immigration, the line was completely backed up. I had a flight to Jeju leaving in 1.5hr. There was no way I was going to make it— but thanks to 김, I was able to jump to the front of the line with the help of a message he wrote in Korean to show the airport guides. I was able to get through immigration and baggage claim within an hour of landing. He even got me to GMP in time for my flight, although I ended up taking a flight 20min later due to all my bags. After 김 dropped me off, he even messaged me afterwards to make sure I boarded my flight. So sweet and kind. Not to mention, he handled my very heavy bags and pushed the cart for me. I can’t say enough good things. I’m so relieved I had 김 as my driver. I wouldn’t have gotten through without him.

Excellent service and a very reasonable price for ease and peace of mind. As a family of four this was the perfect way to get to our Insadong hotel after 12 hours flying. Great communication with the driver before we departed and on arrival and a very luxe vehicle. Highly recommend.

Driver was punctual and on time he watzup me hours before to inform that he will be the one picking me up. He arrived 5min after I’ve informed him that I’m at the airport good service to use for families with kids and luggage
