[Ticket Policy]
- Purchase Limit: Up to 4 tickets per person
- Age Restriction: 13 years and older
- Ticket Resale: Resale, wristband sharing, and private transactions are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal and legal consequences.
- Ticket Changes: Once purchased, ticket type, date, and purchaser details cannot be changed.
- Tickets are limited in quantity and may sell out early.
[Admission Wristbands]
- Must present reservation confirmation and original valid ID at the ticket verification booth.
- Proxy collection is not allowed (except for minors with tickets purchased under a direct family member’s ID with proof of relationship).
- Lost or damaged wristbands will not be reissued.
[Entry Guidelines]
- Wristband exchange is available only on the event day at the ticket booth.
- Bring valid physical ID (valid passport of Alien Registration Card) and reservation confirmation.
- Only attendees with valid wristbands may enter.
- Queue jumping, proxy waiting, or swapping places is strictly prohibited.
- Stage entry may be restricted if maximum capacity is reached; no refunds will be given for missed performances.
- All stages are standing zones; designated areas are available for rest and meals.
- Stage entry closes 15 minutes after the final performance ends, and any personal belongings left behind will be disposed of.
- Overnight waiting is prohibited for safety reasons.
[Children Entry Rules]
- Under 7 years: Must be accompanied by a guardian; only the guardian ticket is required.
- Ages 7–12: Must be accompanied by a guardian; both must have tickets.
- Ages 13 and older: May attend alone with a ticket.

Please keep in mind
- Please present valid ID and confirmation email to pick up the tickets.
- Please make sure to get your wristband, and then proceed to the gate.
- Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets and wristbands cannot be reissued.
- Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party.
- Outside food or drinks, glass bottles, cans, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Only 1 unopened bottle of water under 500ml are allowed.
- Prohibitied items:
- Picnic mats, chairs, tables, air beds, inflatable sofas
- Fireworks, explosives, drugs, weapons, or other hazardous items
- Wheeled items like suitcases, bicycles, kickboards, carts (wheelchairs and strollers allowed)
- Professional photography and audio equipment, drones, tripods, monopods - Attendees should act responsibly; illegal or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
- Casual photos are allowed; professional photography, video recording, live streaming, or uploading performance content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is allowed only in designated areas.
- Please participate in waste reduction and use designated bins for disposal. Only small bags with essential items and beverages in PET bottles up to 500 mL are permitted.

10 days before the event: 100% refund
7~9 days before the event: 90% refund
3~6 days before the event: 80% refund
2 days before the event: 70% refund
Less than 2 days before the event: non-refundable
1. Tickets are non-transferable (the customer name on the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Changes to the number of tickets or partial cancellations are allowed only if requested by the original customer and are subject to the cancellation policy.
10 days before the event: 100% refund
