This ticket is only available for non-Korean nationals. A valid ID (i.e. passport or foreign registration card) will be needed to verify your foreign nationality.
You must complete a boarding declaration and exchange it for a paper ticket after confirming your ID at the ticket office. (Admission with mobile tickets is not possible due to ID verification procedures)

Yeouido Cruise

Free parking is available at 86-5 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (map)
(Enter the Yeouido Hangang Park 1st parking lot and drive straight to the exclusive zone for E-Cruise parking)
However, during weekends and the spring flower festival in April, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested, so we strongly advise using public transportation. (In case you are unable to board on the day of reservation due to parking and traffic congestion, you cannot cancel or move your reservation.)

Jamsil Cruise

Parking is available at Jamsil Hangang Park 3rd Parking Lot (65, Hangaram-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul) (map)
Vehicles cannot directly navigate to “Jamsil Hangang Park Parking Lot 3” using GPS or navigation apps. Instead, search for "Jamsil Hangang Park Parking Lot 1" to enter, then park at Jamsil Hangang Park Parking Lot 3.
Free parking support is NOT available when using Jamsil Pier.
During weekends, we strongly advise using public transportation. (In case you are unable to board on the day of reservation due to parking and traffic congestion, you cannot cancel or move your reservation.)

Upon arrival at the ticket office, please fill out the boarding declaration and exchange it for a paper ticket after your ID is verified.

Please keep in mind

All participants must present a valid photo ID upon boarding.
The cruise will operate as scheduled even on rainy days unless there is severe wind. If the cruise operation is canceled by the cruise company, a full refund will be issued.
You MUST come to the terminal at least 20 minutes before the departure. The cruise will depart right on the scheduled time and WILL NOT WAIT for those who are late. No refunds or changes can be made for missing the cruise.

I will be late for a couple of minutes because of the traffic, will the cruise wait for me?

No, the cruise will depart right on the scheduled time and will not wait for those who are late. No refunds or changes can be made for missing the cruise. Please come to the terminal at least 20 minutes before the departure.

What should I bring to board the E-land Ferry Cruise on the Hangang River?

All passengers must present a valid photo ID with one’s name on it (ARC/driving license/passport/copy of passport).

Can I book the E-land Ferry Cruise tickets for the same day?

No, same-day bookings are not available. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Yes, the fireworks will operate as scheduled during the Fireworks Music Cruise at Yeouido Hangang River.

Are child tickets available for the E-land Hangang River Cruise?

Yes, child tickets can be selected during booking. Children under 3 years old can board for free with valid proof of age.

Can I change the date of my E-land Ferry Cruise reservation?

How do I get to the Yeouido Han River Ferry Terminal?

Get off at Yeouinaru station (Line 5 여의나루) and take exit 3.
Walk straight along the riverside for about 500m toward the 63 City Building.
You will find "E-land Cruise" terminal on your left. Please collect your tickets at Ticket Booth (매표소) in front of the terminal.

How do I get to the Jamsil Han River Ferry Terminal?

On foot (approx. 16 minutes)
Get off at Jamsilsaenae Station (Line 2) and take Exit 6. Walk straight until the end of the street and cross the street. Go through the underground passage on your right. Once you exit the passage, walk straight ahead toward the river. When you reach the end of the street, turn right and walk straight along the river until you see "Eland Cruise" ferry terminal. Please collect your tickets at Ticket Booth (매표소) in front of the terminal.

By cab (approx. 7 minutes)
Get off at Jamsilsaenae Station (Line 2) and take Exit 6. Take a cab to Jamsil Hangang Park 3rd Parking Lot (65, Hangaram-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul) (map). You will see "Eland Cruise" ferry terminal on the river. Please collect your tickets at Ticket Booth (매표소) in front of the terminal.
