[About Hotel Deliveries]
  • The hotel must have resident staff and a luggage desk.
  • The hotel must not be an Airbnb or unmanned locker hotel.

[Compensation Policy & Exclusions]
  • The operator takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safe handling and delivery of luggage. In the event of loss or external damage to luggage, compensation is limited to a maximum of 300,000 won per item.
  • Please note that handles, wheels, and other protruding parts are not covered by this compensation policy. The operator is also not liable for age-related deterioration, normal wear and tear, or minor scratches, dents, scuffs, and stains that may occur during standard handling and transportation.
  • Compensation does not cover the contents of luggage. You are strongly advised not to place fragile items, valuables, cash, electronics, or other high-value belongings inside their luggage.

Please keep in mind

  1. Please upload photos of your luggage using the link provided in the final confirmation email. If the photos are not uploaded by the deadline, you will be considered a no-show, and your reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.
  2. For luggage sets, please book 2 bags.
  3. Unbooked items such as shopping bags, backpacks, and ready bags will not be picked up.
  4. Neck pillows not placed inside luggage will not be picked up due to concerns about loss/contamination.
  5. Packages are not eligible for insurance or any promotions, and extra fees may apply depending on the size.
  6. Please lock up your bag. The delivery operator is not responsible for any loss of items inside your bag.
  7. Always carry your passport, travel documents, and valuables with you.
  8. For external damage or loss of luggage during delivery, compensation is up to 300,000 won (*Handles and wheels are excluded from compensation).
  9. Compensation for items inside the luggage is not available. We recommend not placing fragile items, valuables, or cash in your luggage.

1 day before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 100% refund
After 5:00pm, 1 day before the reserved date: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 1 day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

Only items included in your booking will be picked up. Unbooked shopping bags, backpacks, tote bags, and other loose items will not be accepted. Neck pillows must be packed inside your luggage; otherwise, they will not be picked up.
The service accepts carry-on luggage, checked luggage, golf bags, and extra-large luggage. There is no size limit; however, items intended for household moves are not accepted.
Hotel delivery is available only for hotels with resident staff and a luggage desk. Airbnb properties, guesthouses without staff, and unmanned locker hotels are not eligible.
In the event of loss or external damage to luggage during delivery, compensation is limited to a maximum of 300,000 won per item.
The compensation policy does not cover handles, wheels, or other protruding parts of luggage. It also excludes age-related deterioration, normal wear and tear, and minor scratches, dents, scuffs, or stains that may occur during standard handling and transportation.
