[Shuttle Bus Details]
- The shuttle bus departs every hour from 11:00am to 1:00pm from Hapjeong Station Exit 9. Only those with valid tickets may board the shuttle.
- Return shuttle bus information will be provided on board the shuttle departing from Seoul. If you only need the return shuttle, please check the details at the ticket booth.
- Storing personal belongings on the shuttle bus is not allowed. Please ensure you take all your items with you when disembarking.

[How to Pick Up the Tickets]
- The ticket booth will be open from 2:00pm to 7:00pm. Please note that tickets cannot be picked up before or after these hours.
- Entry will only be permitted if the information on your ID matches the confirmation email.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Before May 31st, 2025: 100% refund
From June 1st, 2025: non-refundable

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
