1. Ticket collection is available starting one hour before the performance. Please present your reservation details (reservation number) and a valid ID. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued.
2. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the performance begins. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
3. This performance does not include an intermission. After the performance begins, entry will only be allowed during designated times in accordance with the flow of the performance. Latecomers will be guided to the delayed seating area. Please follow the staff's instructions.
4. Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited, except during the curtain call or with prior approval.
5. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the theater, except bottled water.
6. Casting may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances involving the performers.
7. The National Jeongdong Theater has very limited parking. Using public transportation is strongly recommended. Please note that ticket cancellations, refunds, or changes will not be possible due to parking or traffic issues.
