[How to pick up the tickets]
*The ticket pick-up is available on the event day. The ticket pick-up location details will be sent to you in a separate email 2 days before the concert.

Join the Seoul City Tour Bus Tour

Depart for the event venue from Gwanghwamun Station Exit 6

3:30pm~4:00pm

Arrive at the event venue

Pick up your ticket at the ticket booth

Enter the event venue

6:00pm~9:00pm

Enjoy the concert

*The itinerary is subject to change depending on local situations and traffic conditions.
*No partial refund can be issued even if you don't take a part of the package.
*This option does not include return transportation. You will need to arrange your own way back to your accommodation after the concert.

1. This package is strictly for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Koreans are not allowed to book the packages. No refund can be made for Koreans who purchased the packages.
2. Please make sure to bring your passport or alien registration card for verification.
3. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be reissued.
4. There will be a security screening before the entry. The staff will check your personal belongings.
5. All types of cameras and selfie sticks are prohibited inside the venue. Only cellphone cameras are allowed.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Until May 30th, 2025: 100% refund
From May 31st, 2025: non-refundable

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the original booker’s name cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is only available upon the original bookers’ request. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
