[About the train]

The KTX train for Busan departs between 5:15am~5:30am from Seoul Train Station.
The KTX train back to Seoul departs at 7:05pm from Busan Train Station. Please arrive at the train station at least 20 minutes before the departure time and locate the departing platform.
The train cannot wait for late passengers, and no refunds or changes will be made for missing the train.

[About the accommodation] - Busan Asti Hotel or Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Station (City view)

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Busan Station.
For a single traveler, a double-bed room will be prepared. For 2 people, a twin bed room will be prepared. For 3 people, 2 rooms will be prepared, one with a double bed and the other with a twin bed. For 4 people 2 twin bed rooms will be prepared.

3 days before the reserved date (until 5:00pm KST): a cancellation fee of 1 USD per person will apply.
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refundable
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
