  • This event is open to individuals aged 15 and older. Those under the age of 15 will not be permitted to enter the venue, even if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are required to write down the full names of participants upon booking. Please make the booking with the name of the actual participant (as shown on your passport). To prevent ticket resale and transfer, the information you provide must exactly match your passport information.
  • The tickets will be randomly distributed within the Standing Zone.

[On the Event Day]
  • Every participant is required to bring their passport. No refunds will be issued for failure to bring the passport or for information mismatches on the event day.
  • You will receive your ticket on the bus on the day. In case you make your own way to the event venue, please contact the staff to receive your ticket.
  • No partial refund will be issued even if you do not use part of the package

Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show your ID with the confirmation email and pick up your ticket at the ticket booth.

🎟 Ticket Pickup & Identification
  • Bring your original passport or a copy and a valid photo ID that matches the booker's name.
  • Tickets will be distributed on the shuttle bus after identity verification.
  • Proxy pickup is not allowed. Tickets not collected on-site cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Tickets are randomly assigned within the Standing Zone and will be confirmed on the day of the event.
  • Requests for seat changes, cancellations, or refunds due to seat dissatisfaction will not be accepted.

  • This ticket is available only for non-Korean nationals as part of a K-pop tourism program.
  • Korean passport holders are not eligible to purchase or attend.
  • Only the original booker may attend. Tickets are strictly non-transferable.

  • Once you exit the venue, re-entry is not allowed.
  • Late entry may be restricted after the show starts. Please follow staff instructions for smooth entry.

  • Unauthorized recording devices (other than mobile phones) are not allowed. Violators will be removed without refund.
  • This performance will be filmed and broadcast, and your image may appear in recordings or promotional materials.
  • By purchasing this ticket, you agree that your likeness may be used in TV broadcasts, online content, and marketing promotions related to the event.

No refundable under any circumstances.

  1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
  2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
