Choose between making Doenjang (soybean paste), Gochujang (red chili paste), or both, and take home the handmade jang you create yourself.

  3. The fermented paste should be refrigerated after approximately one month of fermentation. Sealed takeaway containers will be provided.
  4. English guide sheets and basic English communication are available. Please contact us in advance if detailed interpretation is required.
  5. Parking is available. Separate transportation instructions will be provided for guests using public transportation.
  6. Photography is welcome, and sharing on social media is encouraged.
