FAQ

What are the age requirements for skiing?

For safety reasons, participants must be at least 5 years old to join the ski or snowboard options. For the snow sled option, children aged 3 and above can participate. Children under 6 years old must ride the sled together with an adult.

What if I’m inexperienced at skiing?

Don't worry if you're a beginner! The ski/snowboard options offers a 1-hour basic group lesson designed for first-timers and beginners.

If I don’t ski or snowboard, what are my options?

If you prefer not to ski, there are non-skiing options such as the snow sled and free time package. These let you still enjoy the winter setting without needing to ski or snowboard.

What should I bring or wear?

Since this is a winter tour at a ski resort, bring warm winter clothing (e.g., insulated jacket, snow pants, gloves, hat). Ski clothes rental is NOT included. Bring goggles/helmet if you have them (they are available for rental, at additional cost).
