  • The same price applies to both adults and children.
  • Each session covers one song and can accommodate up to 12 participants for the Join-in Class and up to 5 participants for the Private Class.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Changing rooms are available on-site. Please note that outdoor shoes may not be allowed on the studio floor, so bring a clean pair of indoor shoes to change into. Slippers are available, but sneakers are recommended for dancing.
  • For the Join-in Class, the class requires a minimum of 3 participants. If the class is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
  • For the Private Class, if you are booking a class for more than 5 people, please contact us in advance at inquiry@trazy.com.
  • For the Private Class, please provide your WhatsApp contact when making a reservation. The operator will contact you and ask for one preferred song and artist. If you share your choice at least 2 days before the class in advance, the class will be arranged using your selected music.
  • Please provide your email address when making a reservation. Your edited dance video file will be sent to you by email in 5–7 days.

  1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time. Those who are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and result in automatic cancellation without a refund.
