  • For the Join-in Class, each session covers one song and can accommodate up to 12 participants.
  • For the Private Class, each session covers one song and can accommodate up to 5 participants for the Jamsil Branch and 10 participants for the Myeongdong Branch.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. A changing room is available on-site at the Jamsil Branch, while the Myeongdong Branch offers a curtained area within the studio instead of a separate changing room.
  • Please note that outdoor shoes may not be allowed on the studio floor, so bring a clean pair of indoor shoes to change into. Slippers are available, but sneakers are recommended for dancing.
  • For the Join-in Class, the class requires a minimum of 3 participants. If the class is canceled due to a lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
  • For the Private Class, if you are booking a class for more than 5 people for the Jamsil Branch or 10 people for the Myeongdong Branch, please contact us in advance at inquiry@trazy.com.
  • Please provide your WhatsApp contact and email address when making a reservation. After booking confirmation, a detailed directions guide with video and photos will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
    • For the Private Class, the operator will contact you and ask for one preferred song and artist. If you share your choice at least 2 days before the class in advance, the class will be arranged using your selected music.
    • Your edited dance video file will be sent to you by email in 5–7 days.
