1. The confirmation email and valid photo ID are required to pick up the wristband. All participants must bring a valid photo ID (passport or foreign registration card) for verification.
2. Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and wristbands.
3. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party. Resale of tickets may be subject to Korean laws.
4. Please be careful with all of your belongings. Any accidents that may occur or any missing personal belongings in and outside of the venue will not be the organizer, the venue or the artists’ responsibility.
5. Pets and food from outside are NOT allowed. Food and beverage are available for purchase inside the venue.
6. Taking pictures and videos using smartphones is allowed. However, the use of professional cameras (DSLR level and above) is prohibited at the festival.
7. The official photographers from the festival organizers and other media will be taking pictures/videos of the festival for marketing and broadcasting purpose. Upon entering the venue, you agree to be photographed or filmed.
8. Please be considerate of other people around you. Any person with disruptive or violent behavior will be evicted from the festival venue without refund.
[About the colored powder]
1. When you get your wristband, you will get a small portion of colored powder. This will be offered on a first come first served basis.
2. The colored powder is made of non-GMO (Genetically Engineered Organism) corn starch and food dye and it is harmless to human.
3. The colored powder can be washed off, but it may not be completely washed off in some cases. The festival organizers will not hold responsibility for this matter.
4. If you would like your clothes to be cleaned, please ask the staff at the hotel reception.
