Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak rose from under the sea in a volcanic eruption over 100,000 years ago. Due to the huge crater at the top of the peak, it looks like a gigantic crown, and its ridge provides an ideal spot for walks and horse riding.

Haenyeo are the traditional female divers of Jeju, who dive under water without using any equipment.
