Hanjeongsik, a Korean traditional course meal with a variety of banchan (side dish), is something you shouldn’t be missing out in Korea.
Jinpungjeong (former name: Jinjinbara), located near Yeouido Station, is one of the well-known Hanjeongsik restaurants that serve fresh and delicious Korean food made with quality ingredients. Jinchan (dinner) course, which is Jinpungjeong’s most representative course meal, offers you a series of authentic Korean food that you cannot resist.
Dinner Jinchan Course (Booking available from Monday to Friday at 7pm/8pm)
Jinchan course includes 5 kinds of appetizers and 6 main dishes. After the main dish, you complete the course with a bowl of rice, a stew and 6 side dishes. Here are the details.
- Appetizers : Salad, Mung bean jelly mixed with vegetables and beef, Fried vegetables and meat, Boiled daikon noodles, Assorted sashimi, Seasoned cold buckwheat noodles
- Main Dishes : Assorted pan fried dishes, Dish made my sprinkling sauce on meat and vegetables, Season's soup, Dish seasoned with minced rib meat and pasted to bone, Boiled pork with herb sauce, Stir-fried dishes made of ingredients
- Hot pot rice (cirsium setidens) and Soybean paste soup with 6 side dishes
