  • Each participant may book up to 1 ticket for the Haechi Beer Party and up to 4 tickets for Haechi Island.

  • Tickets are non-transferable. If you are caught reselling tickets, your reservation will be canceled and legal action may be taken.
  • Photo ID (passport or ARC) will be checked upon check-in.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. A consent form signed by a legal guardian is required (for participants born after June 5, 2007). Participation will not be allowed without the consent form. Please download the consent form here.
  • Please follow all on-site instructions for your safety.
  • All participants must complete a participation consent form before the event. The form will be provided at the on-site booth.
  • Losing your wristband may restrict access to participation benefits.
  • Luggage storage is not available. Please avoid bringing large bags or suitcases.

The event will proceed as scheduled in light rain. In case of severe rain, operations will be adjusted as follows:
  • Rainfall under 5 mm/hour or 20 mm/day: Event proceeds as normal
  • Rainfall between 5-10 mm/hour or 20-50 mm/day: Hangang swimming will be canceled; cycling and running may be temporarily paused depending on conditions
  • Rainfall exceeding 10 mm/hour or 50 mm/day: Event cancellation will be determined by the organizers, and a full refund will be issued

  1. Life jackets must be worn at all times and will be provided on-site.
  2. Swimsuits and aqua shoes are required. Please bring your own.
  3. Entry may be restricted if inappropriate clothing or equipment is used.
  4. Age verification will be conducted using a photo ID (passport or ARC).
  5. If attending with family, a guardian consent form must be completed.
  6. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the inflatable area. Entry is prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol.
  7. Entry may be restricted if the admission wristband is not worn or is lost.
  8. The organizer and host are not responsible for any accidents resulting from failure to follow staff instructions or event regulations.
  9. Participants who cause inconvenience to others may be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
  10. Changing rooms (male/female) and a storage area are available at the Rose Garden in Ttukseom Hangang Park. Please note that space is limited.

  5. If attending with family, a guardian consent form must be completed.
  6. Please collect your tickets by 6:30pm. Entry may be restricted for tickets collected after 7:00pm.
  7. Reservation confirmation is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Please ensure all details are accurate. Tickets are non-transferable.
